<br />. ?. <br /> <br />. <br />'. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />ORDTNANCE N0. 78- ,?o <br />BY: <br /> ? <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCLI/ESTABLISHING <br />CHART FOR THE FINANCE DEP <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, SETTING <br />TION TO BE PAID EMPLOYEES <br />DEPARTMENT, AND REPEALING <br />ENACTED JULY 5, 1977, AND <br />AS AMENDED. <br />THE ORGANIZATIONAL <br />4RTMENT OF THE CITY <br />FORTH THE COMPENSA- <br />OF THE FINANCE <br />ORDINANCE N0. 1977-106 <br />DECLARTNG AN EMERGENCY, <br />WHEREAS, Council of the City of North Olmsted has established <br />an Organizational Chart for the Finance Department of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, Council wishes to set forth the renumeration to <br />be paid employees of the Finance Department, and <br />WHEREAS, Council has combined the Qrganizational Chart of the <br />Finance Department and compensation to be paid to the employees <br />of the Finance Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII, OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIQ: <br />SECTION 1: That the complement of the Finance Department <br />and all its ivisions shall be as foll,ows: <br />One (1) Director of Finance <br />One (1) Secretary to Di,rector of Finance <br />(Assistant Finance Director) <br />(1) Clerical Assistant II <br />One (1) Secretary - Aca.ounting Operations <br />SECTION 2: That effective January l, 1978, the renumeration <br />of employees in the Finance Department of the City of Narth Olmsted <br />including all its divisions shall be as .follows: <br />Director of Finance <br />Director of Finance <br />Effective 1/1/78 to <br />12/31/79 <br />Effective l/1/80 to <br />12/31/81 <br />$20,000.00 <br />$22,000.00 <br />Secretary to Director of Finance <br />(Ass't. Dir. of Finance) $6,552.00 to $11,128.00 <br />Annually <br />Secretary - Accounting Operations $6,020.00 to $11,000.00 <br />Clerical Assistants II In accordance with Adminis- <br />trative Chart governing <br />clerical help. <br />which salaries shall be payable by the Director of Finance bi-weekly. <br />SECTION 3: The secretarial and clerical help of the Finance <br />Department o the City of North Olmsted shall receive, as a longevity <br />increment, the sum of $25.00. This longevity increment shall be <br />payable over and above any annual salary or hourly sa].ary paid to <br />said secretary or clerical help, at the rate of $25,00 for each <br />and every year said secretary or clerical help has been continually <br />employed by the City of North Olmsted, and said sum shall be paid <br />on each anniversary date of employment.
