,?,.. <br />? <br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />_-,-2/ , 1978 <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO: <br />The undersigned, as fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, as defined in Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies as follows <br />in connection with your proposed issue of bonds and notes for the purpose of <br />paying part of the cost of constructing a police administration building <br />and clearing, landscaping and otherwise improving the site thereof: <br />1. That the estimated life of the property and improvements <br />acquired and constructed from the proceeds of such bonds and notes is <br />hereby certified to be at least five years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of bonds to be issued to pay the cost <br />of constructing such improvement, calculated in accordance with the provisions <br />of Section 133.20, Revised Code, and based on the allocation of expenditures <br />set forth in the previous fiscal officer's certificate dated Ma.rch 20, 1973, <br />is twenty-three years, provided that if notes in anticipation of such bonds <br />are outstanding for a period in excess of five years from the date of the <br />original issue, the period thereof in excess of five years shall be deducted <br />from such maximum maturity of said bonds. <br />3. The maximum maturity of notes issued in anticipation of such <br />bonds is eight years from the date of issuance of the original notes, viz. <br />April 5, 1981, if sold at public sale, or one year if such notes are sold <br />at private sale. <br />? <br />Director of Finance
