RESOLUTION N0. 1916 <br />BY: NiR. LEaIIS RESOLUTION AU']HORIZING ACCEPTANCE <br />OF BID FOR LABOR AND MATERIAL FOR <br />CANPERBURY ROAD WATER MAIN N0. 2 <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service of the City of North Olmsted <br />advertised for proposals for the furnishing of labor and material for the con- <br />struction of a water main on Canterbury Road (no. 2) from North line of Coe <br />Ridge Investment Co. to Northerly City Line, and <br />WHEREAS, P. DiGioia submitted the lowest and best proposal for fur- <br />nishing said labor and material, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Control of the City of North Olmsted has approved <br />enterinsr into a contract with said bidder for furnishing said labor and material. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES(7LVID BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTLD, OHIO, ZHAT: <br />The Director of Public Service be and is hereby authorized to accept <br />the proposal of P.
