RESOLUT IOId NO . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE AUDITOR TO <br />FURNISH A CERTIF KATE OF THE ESTIMATED <br />LIFE OF USEFULNESS OF THE IN1F'ROVEMENT <br />OF CANTERBURY ROAD (N0. 2) FROM NORTT <br />LIlVE OF COE RIDGE INVESTML~NT COMPANY <br />Z'0 NORTHERLY CITY LINE, BY CONSTRUCTING <br />THEREIN A WATER MAIN, AND TO CERTIFY <br />THE MAXIl~NM MATURITY OF NOTES <br />WHEI~,EAS, this Council contemplates issuing X35,300.00 of notes <br />for the purpose of improving Canterbury Road (No. 2) from North Line of <br />Coe Ridge Investment Company to Northerly City Line, by constructing therein <br />a water main, in accordance with the plans and specifications on file in the <br />office of the City Director of Public Service, and <br />WI~]{,REAS, Sections 2293-2 and 2293-10 of the General Code require <br />tine fiscal officer of the City to certify to this Council his estimated <br />life of the property, asset or improvement proposed to be acquired or <br />constructed from the proceeds of said notes, and also to certify to this <br />Council the maximum maturity of such notes calculated ixi accordance with <br />the provisions of Section 2293-9, and <br />WHEt~EAS, the City Auditor is the fiscal officer of this City as <br />defined by Section 2293-1 of the General Code. <br />OLMSTED: <br />PdOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY Tim COUNC]Z OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />That the Auditor of this City is hereby requested to certify -to <br />this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of such improvement <br />and the maximum maturity of such notes. <br />PASSED: /, / ~J <br />ATTEST: <br />E.
