RESOLUTION N0. ~ ~ ~ ~ <br />BY: i~~ 9 ~~ RESOLUTION REQUESTING AUDITOR <br />TO CERTIFY LIFE 4F IMPROVEMENT <br />AND MA%IMtI'M T~fATURITY OF BONDS <br />WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing ~z5,00O.00 <br />of bonds for the purpose of repairing and rem®deling the municipal <br />shelter house in the North Olmsted City Park and erecting an ad- <br />dition te> said shelter house. Said shelter house is ormed by the <br />City of North Olmsted, used by the general public and is of non- <br />fireproof construction, and <br />WHEREAS, Sections zz93-z aad 2z~ <br />Code require the fiscal officer of the City <br />Council his estimated life of the property, <br />meat proposed to be acquired or constructed <br />of such bonds calculated in accordance with <br />Section zz93-g, and <br />~3-10 of the General <br />to certify to this <br />assets or imps®vs- <br />from the proceeds <br />the provisions of <br />WHEREAS, the City Auditor is the fiscal officer of <br />this City, as defined by Section zz93-1 of the General Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Auditor of this City is hereby <br />requested to certify to t~tis Council his c®nelusions as to the <br />estimated life of such improvement and the maximum maturity of <br />such bonds. <br />PASSED : ~i`'-u-41 T 1953 . <br />ATTEST: ~~;. <br />`;~ ~~i ~+ <br />.+ !'4..~ <br />E.
