RESOLUTION N0. 1$59 <br />BY: MR. 1JEUBAUER A RESOLUTION APFftOVING SPECT~=ICA- <br />TIOIJS AN~i PLATS FOR FURNISHING <br />ELECTRIC STREET LIGHTING SERVICE IiJ <br />THE CITY AND DIRECTIIJG THE DIRECTOR <br />DF PUBLIC SERVICE OF THE CITY TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR FURNISHING <br />SUCH SERVICE . <br />WHEREAS, Specifications and Lamp Location Plats for an electric <br />street lighting system in the City have been prepared and are on file <br />in the office of the Director of Public Service of the City; and <br />VdHEi~EAS, public safety and welfare require the lighting of the <br />streets of the City as therein provided; and <br />WHEREAS, such lighting should be procured by contract. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUiJCIL OF lHE CITY OF NORTH OLT~STED , <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY, STATE OF ONTO: <br />Section 1. That said Specifications and. Lamp Location Plats <br />on file in the office of the L'irector of ~'ublic Service of the City, <br />for furnishing electric street lighting service in the City, be and <br />the same are hereby approved. <br />Section 2. That the Director of Public Service of the City be <br />authorized and directed to advertise once a week for two consecutive <br />weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within the City, for bids <br />for furnishing electric street lighting service in accordance with <br />said Specifications and Lamp Location Plats. <br />PASSED: November 1$, 1952 <br />ATTEST: <br />v _ _.___ <br />--,., <br />. iii.
