RES0LUTIOI~1 N0. ~ D '~~~ <br />ar: ~~ <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE AUDITOR TO <br />FURNISH A CERTIFICATE OF THE ESTIMATED <br />LIFE-OF USEFULNESS OF THE 1MPR0V~IENT <br />OF' BAILEY ~t]AD FR01~ LORAIN ROAD TO <br />SOUTHERLY END, BY CONSTRUCTING THEREIN <br />A WATER MAIN, AND TO CERTIFY THE MAXINNM <br />MATURITY OF NOTES <br />WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing X10,600.00 of <br />notes for the purpose of improving Bailey Road from Lorain Road <br />to southerly end, by constructing therein a water main, in ac- <br />cordance with the plans and specifications on file in the office <br />of the City Director of Public Service, and <br />WHEREAS, Sections 2293-2 and 2293-10 of the General Gode <br />require the fiscal officer of the City to certify to this Council <br />his estimated life of the property, asset or improvement proposed <br />to be acquired or constructed from the proceeds of said notes, and <br />also to certify to this Gouncil the maximum maturity of such notes <br />calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 2293-9, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Auditor is the fiscal officer of this <br />City as defined by Secition 2293-1 of the General Code. <br />NOW, "THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~TED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />That the Auditor of this City is hereby requested to <br />certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life <br />of such improvement and the maximum maturity of such notes. <br />PASSED: October ~ 1952 <br />ATTEST <br />- - -- ~~ <br />hri m , <br />APPROVED: <br />arence viatt, Mayor <br />fi~~ <br />,. ~ <br />.,r, ..~v..,-~,~ . , ..r_.... _ . ,. , . _ .: <br />.~m.,~ . <br />
