<br />RESOLUTION NO. / ~~ ~~ <br />BY : /~~ RESOLUTION REQUEST TNG THE AUDITOR TO <br />FURNISH A CERTIFICATE OF THE ESTIMATES <br />LIFE OF' USEFULNESS OF THE Ii~IPROVEi~EiVT <br />OF STEARi~tS ROAD FROM END fJF EXISTING <br />;'MAIN TO SOUTHERLY GITY LII~TE, BY <br />CONSTRUCTING THEREIN A WATER MAIN, <br />AI~tD TO CERTIFY THE ~~IAXIMUM MATURITY <br />OF NOTES . <br />WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing 32,OU0.00 <br />of notes for the purpose of improving Stearns Road fry end of <br />existing main to southerly City line, by constructing therein <br />a water main, in accordance with the plans and specifications <br />on file in the office of the City Director of Public Service, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Sections 2293-2 and 2293-10 of the General <br />Code require the fiscal officer of the City to certify to <br />this Council his estimated life of the property, asset or <br />improvement proposed to be acquired or constructed from the <br />proceeds of said notes, and also to certify to this Council <br />the maximum maturity of such notes calculated in accordance <br />with the provisions of Section 2293-9, and <br />VdHEREAS, the City Auditor is the fiscal officer of <br />this City as defined by Section 2283-1 of the General Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY Or' NORTH OLMSTED <br />That the Auditor of this Gity is hereby requested to <br />certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated <br />life of such improvement and the maximum maturity of such <br />notes. <br />PASSED: October ~l , 1952 <br />ATTEST: <br />~~_.__ _ <br />_. ~ <br />~,.
