RESOLUTION N0. 1$1+7 BY: MR. HATTON RESOLUTION DECLARING IT NECESSARY TO IMPROVE AQAPLE RIDGE GOAD FRAM CLAQUE ROAD TO WALTER RDAD BY CONSTRUCTION OF A CONCRETE WALK ON THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF MAPLE .RIDGE ROAD BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO, all members elected thereto concurring: Section 1. That it is deeffied necessary and conducive to the public health, welfare and convenience that Maple Ridge ft®ad from Clague Road to Walter Boad be improved by the construction of a con- arrete walk on the northerly side of said Maple Ridge Road. Section 2. That the grade of said street as improved shall be the grades as shown in detail on the plans of the Engineer, ~rhich grades are hereby approved, confirmed and adopted as the grade of said street. Section 3. That the plans, specifications, estimates and pro- files of-the proposed improvement heretofore prepay®d. by the Engineer and now on file in the office of the Director of Public Service, be and the same are hereby approved. Section !a. That the whole cost of said improvement shall be assessed by the foot front upon the several lots or parcels of land bounding and abutting upon said Maple Ridge Road from Clague Road to Falter Road, which said lots and parcels of land are hereby determined to be specially benefited by said improvement, and the cost of said im- provement shall include the expense of the preliminary and other sur- veys, and of printing and publishing the notices, resolutions and ordi- nances had or required and the serving of said notices, the Bost of construction, together with interest on notes or boadas;to be issued in anticipation of the collection of deferred assessments, and all other necessary expenditures. Section 5. That the assessments so to be levied shall be paid in not to exceed five annual installments, with interest on deferred payments at the same rate as shall be borne by the notes or bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection thereof; provided that the owner of any property assessed map, at his option, pay such assessments in cash within thirty daps from and after the passing of the assessing ordinance, in which case said cash assessments shall not include any item of interest on notes or bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection of deferred installments of assessments. Section 6. That notes or bonds of the City of North Olmsted shall be issued in anticipation of the deferred installments of as- sessments and in an amount eq~zal thereto.
