That the estimated life of the property <br />and improvement referred to in your Resolution No. l8 ~ 9 <br />of March 1$, 1952, is hereby certified to be at least <br />ten years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of such notes calcu- <br />lated iA accordance with the provisions of Section 2293-9 <br />of the General Code is two years. <br />3.
