RESOLUTION NO . / ~~ <br />BY: i~2~ ~~~titi~~ RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY AUDITOR <br />TO ISSUE AND SELL , AT PRIVATE SALE TO <br />ROOSE & COMPANY OF TOLEDO OHIO, BdNDS <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMS~ED, ONTO, AS <br />HEREIN DESIGNATED, AND IN THE AGGREGATE <br />aMQUNT of ~~., 309.0 5. <br />WHEREAS, the within described bonds were duly advertised and <br />offered at public sale on the 15th day of May, 1952, and <br />WHEREAS, no bids were received for the purchase of said bonds, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Roo se & Company of Toledo, Ohio, has offered to pur- <br />chase at private sale for par and accrued interest to-date of delivery <br />the following described bonds, bearing interest at the rate of 3~, <br />to wit: <br />Dover Center Road Sidewalk Bonds .......... X4,309.05 <br />NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C:~NCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OL'KSTED , STATE OF OHIO: <br />That the offer of Roose & Company of Toledo, Ohio, ba pur- <br />chase at private sale at par and accrued interest to-date of delivery <br />said bonds of the City of North Olmsted described in the preamble here- <br />of, be and the same is hereby accepted, and the Auditor be, and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to issue and sell to Roose & Company <br />said issue of bonds aforesaid and heretofore authorized by the pro- <br />. <br />visions of Ordinance No. 957 duly passed April 15, 1952. <br />This is an emergency measure, the emergency being that tt is <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of public health, peace, <br />safety and welfare and shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Y.
