HATTON <br />RESOLUTIOTJ RUTHORIZING SALE <br />Ors POLICE CAR <br />~THEREAS, the Safety Director advertised for sale e 1951 <br />Ford police car which was no longer useable for police purposes, <br />and <br />tiJHEREAS, George Falke submitted the highest and best <br />proposal to purchase said car, namely, the amount of X950.00, <br />and <br />T~IEREr~S , the Board of Control has approved the sale of <br />same to George Falke for said sum. <br />N0~`b THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL E3F THE CITY <br />OF NCR TH OLMSTED , OHIO <br />That said police car be sold to George Falke for the sum <br />of X950.00 and the Safety Director is hereby authorized to com- <br />plete the sale of said car and execute any papers on behalf of <br />the City of North Olmsted to transfer title to the same. <br />This is an emergency measure necessary for the public <br />health, peace and ss.fety, and to immediately provide for the sale <br />of City equipment no longer used. <br />PASSED : April 15 , 1952 <br />xTTEST: <br />APPROVED <br />arence iatt, ayor <br /> <br />_. m. <br />
