RESOLUTION NO . / ~''I ~ <br />~: <br />By ; ~~~jy ~yL~;,~,~o-y,,, RESOLUTION AWARV IidG BONDS <br />WHEREAS, bonds in the amount of X2,230.00 issued for <br />the improvement of Gladland Avenue by constructing therein <br />water main was offered by the Auditor of the City to the <br />Treasurer of the City, who is the officer-in-charge of the <br />sinking fund and certain other funds, and <br />WHEREAS, said Treasurer determined to take said issue <br />of bonds known as Gladland Avenue Water Improvement Bonds in <br />the amount of X2,230.00 at 2-3/4% interest, no premium, for <br />the Firemen's Indemnity Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, this Council believes it would be to the best <br />interests of the City to approve and accept the offer of said <br />City Treasurer. <br />NOud, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the offer of the Treasurer of the City <br />of North Olmsted to purchase the above mentioned bonds at <br />interest of 2-3/4% per annum, at par and accrued interest, no <br />premium, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted, and <br />said bonds be awarded to the Treasurer of the Village, and to <br />be turned over to and be paid for from funds of the Firemen's <br />Indemnity Fund. <br />Section 2. That the rate of interest on said bonds <br />shall be 2-3/4% per annum in accordance with said bid. <br />Section 3. The Clerk of Council be and is hereby <br />authorized and directed to certify a copy of this Resolution <br />to the County Auditor. <br />Section 4.
