BAUi~IGARDATER R.~S4LUTI~I~1 AUTHORIZING <br />PURCHASE OF 'TRUCK. <br />~lhereas, the City of North Olmsted duly advertised <br />for proposal to furnish a twa ton truck to the City, and <br />Whereas, Gs~rrge A. Falke submitted the .lowest and <br />best proposal to furnish said truck, <br />Now, Therefore, be it resolved by the council of <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, that the proposal of George <br />A. Falke to furnish a six cylinder two ton Ford truck complete <br />with body and in accordance with the advertisement for the <br />sum of X3,415.04 be and the same is .hereby accepted. <br />The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to complete negotations for the purchase of said truck and <br />the Clerk is authorized to issue a check drawn on the Treasury <br />of the City in payment of the same. <br />This is an emergency measure necessary for the <br />public health, peace and safety, and to provide for the <br />immediate purchase of n~.cessary equipment for the City. <br />PASSED : December l$, 1951 <br />ATTES`T' <br /> <br />. ~i , hr srr,- perk <br />arence viatt, a or <br />E'` <br /> <br />
