't'hat the amount of taxes whit may be raised within the ten mill limitation by levies on the curre tax duplicate of taxable property in the City of forth Ulmsted, Uhio, and the amount of taxes which may be raised by the present additiona:levy of three mills voted ivovember 7, 1950, for the current expenses of the city of lvorth Ulmsted, Uhio, and for the years 1951, 1952 d 1953 will be insufficient to provide an adequate amount fort °~necessary requirement; of the City, and that it is necessary to levy a ~x in excess of such limitation and in excess of said present levy for ,~-he puY~~'c~ of pro- viding additional funds for current expenses of the laity o iuorth Ulmsted, Uhio, and that taxes be levied on the taxable roerty of said City for a period of two years (tax years 1951 and 1952 at a rate in excess of such maximum rate authorized by said section 5625-2 of tr~e Uhio General Code and in excess of said levy now in full force and effect; that said proposed tax levy will be an increase of three mills over and above the levy of three mills adopted by the electors of the City of lvorth Ulmsted, Uhio, ivovember 7, 1950. SECTION 2. 't'hat it is nee ferred to in Section l hereof, for the rate of three (3) mills on each dollar amounts to thirty cents (.30~ for each of taxable property within the City of of the rate authorized by said Section (ten mill limitation) and in excess of ivovember 7, 1950. pessary to levy said taxes re- tax years 1951 and 1952 at the of tax valuation and which one hundred dollars of valuation lvorth Ulmsted, Uhio# in excess 5625-2 of the Uhio General Code, the levy adopted by the electors 5EC`1'TUiV 3. 't'hat said proposed additional increased tax levy shall be submitted to the i~aectors of the City of itiorth Ulmsted, Uhio, at the next lxeneral Election to be held on ivovember 6, 1951 in the said City, and the Clerk of this Council be and he is hereby directed to certify a copy of this N.esolution to the ijeputy State Supervisors and inspectors of Elections of Cuyahoga County, Uhio, in order that said supervisors and inspectors of ylections may .>>ake the necessary arrangements for the submission of such question to the rlectors of said City, and all of which they are hereby respectfully directed to do.
