'That it is necessary to improve Canterbury Mond from <br />Lorain Road -north, to the northerly line of the C®e Ridge Investment Co. <br />21~.J~.9.05 feet from Lorain, by constructing therein a water ffiain in accordance <br />with the plans and-specifications prepared by the village 8ngineer. <br />Section 2. That the grade of said street shall be the grade <br />shown on the plans and specifications for said 3.a-provement, which said grade <br />and elevations are hereby confirmed and established as the grade of said <br />street. <br />Section 3. That th® plans, specifications, estimates and profiles <br />of the proposed imprvvee~ent heretofore prepared by the Village ~rngineer and <br />now filed in the office of the tillage Clerk be, and the same are hereby, <br />approved. <br />Section 1~. That the cost of said improvement shall be assessed <br />by the foot front upon the following described lints and lands, to wit all <br />lots and lands bounding and abutting upon the proposed improvement w~iich <br />said iota and lands are hereby determined to be specially benefited by s~.id <br />improvement; and the cost of said improvement shall include the expense of <br />preliminary and other surveys, of printing and publishing the notices, <br />resolutions and ord.inanees required, the serving of said notices, the cost <br />of construction, together with interest on notes or bonds issued in antici- <br />pation of the collection of deferred assessments and all other necessary <br />expenditures. <br />Section 5. 'What the assessments so to be levied shall be paid <br />in ten annua]. installments, with interest not to exceed six per cent per <br />annum on deferred payments, provided the owner of any property assessed <br />orgy, at his option, pap such assessment in cash within thirty days from and <br />after the passage of the assessing ordinance, in which ease said assessment <br />shall not include any item of interest upon notes or bonds to be issued in <br />anticipation of the colleen®n of deferred installments of assessments. <br />Section 6. That notes or bonds of the Village of ~®rth Olmsted <br />shall be issued in anticipation of the collection of assessments by install- <br />ments and in an amount equal thereto. <br />Section 7.
