R. Lall, Ford Sales of Elyria, Ghio, <br />submitted the best pros~osal to furnish said police car wY~i cry <br />proposal was the sum of 160.00. <br />iuU~ IriEHEuFRL, the proposal of J. R. Dall, Ford <br />Sales to furnish a police car to the Village of forth Olmsted, <br />Ghio, is hereby accepted and the mayor and clerk are hereby <br />authorized to accept delivery of said car, and the C%l+erk is <br />authorized to dra~f a check on the Treasury of the Village <br />in payment of the same. <br />This is an emergency measure necessary for the <br />public health, peace and safety, and to immediately provide <br />f"or the ~;urchase of` a police car. <br />Passed: June 5, 1951 <br />Attest: <br />;` ~ ~ _ -~ <br />~~ <br />_,, _ 1 _....... <br />E. ~-.
