x~saLUrzoN Ito. <br />BY : u,~t~.~.e.-tom <br />i~~ d <br />RESOLUTION BSi~~EST?.~1G T~ CL~iK Ta <br />FURNISH A C~RTIFICATg OF THR <br />ESTI~ATRD LIFR OR USEFULNRSS OF TfE <br />I~PROV T GF Si~Lt3UR8T ROAD ITS <br />EAITIRR LE~TGTfi, NY TfiE CONSTB~7CTION <br />OF A ~ATSR MAIDI, <br />'Whereas, this Council contter~ lags issu~.nngg $12 o~0.00 of <br />bonds for the purpose of improTing Sel~urst Road, its entire length <br />by the construction of a mater main,. in accordance with the plans and <br />specifications on file in the office of the Village Clerk, and <br />I~'hereas, .Sections 2293-2 and 2293-10 of the General Code <br />require the fiscal officer of the Pillage to certify to this Council his <br />estimated life of the property, asset or improvement proposed to be <br />acquired or constructed from the proc8eds of said bands, and also to <br />certify to this Council the maaiffium maturity of such hands calculated <br />in accordance with the provisions of Section 2283-9, and <br />.erects, the Village Clerk is the fiscal officer of this <br />Village, as defined by Section 2293-1 of the General Cods. <br />Nom, Therefore, the Clerk of this Village is hereby <br />requested to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the <br />estimated life of such improvement and the maximu~t maturity of such <br />bonds. <br />Passed: April 3, 1951. <br />ATTEST <br />~~ <br />E, Chr s m , erk <br />~~ <br />'~ <br />~s~ lar~;nce tt, spot <br />~,~, <br />
