I+e'H~;Ftk;~S, the position of Village Solicitor is now ~~aca.nt, VdfiEREKS, the legal matters of the Village requires the em- ployment of Legal Counsel. NUV~ THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, State of Ohio,. Section 1. That Guy R. l~heeler be and is hereby employed as Solic for for the period beginning November 1, 1950, and ending Decem- ber 31, 1951. Section 2. That said Solicitor be and is hereby employed under and in acCOrc~ance with the terms, conditions and provisions contained in Ordinance 793 entitled"kn Ordinance Establishing the Compensation of the Solicitor" and passed by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio, Lecember 27, 1949. Section 3. Upon the expiration of said Solicitorfs employment, he shad surrender all papers, documents and files which are the property of the Village to the Village Clerk. Section 4. This resolution is hereby declared to be an emere~ency measure necessary for the pz°e.serv~,tio~i of the public peace, health, safety and. welfare. Such necessity exists by res.son of the fact thGt the Village will be without legal counsel and matters are pending be- fore the Council of said Village which v;-ill require the immediate s.ttention and serti- ices of an ~~ttorney and by rep son of the further fact that the Council s.nd officials of the Villa4.;e require legal in- structions concerning their pov~-ers and duties. Section 5. This resolution shd.ll be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
