Resolution No. 1671 <br />By Mr . r,~.~- Q~~~v <br />A RESOLtTTION <br />ACCEPrIRG THE BID OF COOPER CONSTRUCTION COYPAPY FOR TFiE <br />I~t5TALLATIOM OF A S~IATER MAIDT IN McK.E@iZIE ROAD, FROM LCRAIN <br />ROAD TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF JO$I~ ~C MA.RY MA.RUSC~K PROPERTY. <br />~SREA3 after due advertisement, bids Here <br />received for the installation of a grater main in McKenzie <br />Road, from Lorain Road to the southerly 11ne of John & Mary <br />Maruschak Property, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to acc®pt the <br />bid of Cooper Construction Company; now, therefore, <br />B?i IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of Cooper Construction <br />Company in the sum of X21,533.00 for the construction of a <br />ureter main in McKenzie Road, from Lorain Road to the Southerly <br />line of John & Mary Maruschak Property, be and the sasre is <br />hereby accepted, it being the lowest and best bid, and the <br />Mayor and Clerk be and they ar® hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with Cooper Construction <br />Company in accordance with said bid. <br />Section 2.
