Resolution No. 1662 By Mr. Baumgardner A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE ,AMOUNT 0 F TAXES THAT Tv~AY BE RAISED BY LEVY AT TT.~"~ MAXIbdITM RATE AUTHORIZED BY LAW WITHOUT A VOTE OF THE ELECTORS TO BE INSUFFICIENT AND DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF A LEVY IN E~CCESS OF SUCH RATE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, State of Ohio, two-thirds of all members elected thereto concurring: Section 1. That the amount of taxes that may be raised by the levy of taxes at the maximum rate authorized by Section 5625-2 of the General Code on the taxable property in the Village of North Olmsted will be insufficient to provide adequate amount for the necessary requirements of said Village and that it is necessary for the purpose of providing addi- tion a1 funds for current expenses of the Village of North Olmsted that taxes be levied on the taxable property ixs said Village for the period of three years at a rate in excess of such maximum rate authorized by Sectian 5625-2 of the General Code. Section 2. That it is necessary to levy taxes for the years 1951 1952 and 1953 at the rate for each year of three mi11s on each dollar of the tax valuation, v~.ich amounts to thirty cents (30~~ for each one hundred dollars 0100.00) of valuation, of the taxable property within the Village of Nort'n Olmsted in excess of the rate authorized by said Section 5625-2 of the General Cod®, which is a renewal of the present three-mill levy. Section 3.
