Kramer <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF THE COOPER CONSTRUCTION COIUIPANY FOR THE <br />CONSTRtTCTION OF A WATER FAIN IN DOVER CENTER ROAD, FRO% LORAIN <br />ROAD TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE PROPERTY OF THE SUBURBAN LAND <br />CORPORATION. <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement, bids were received <br /> <br />for the construction. of a water main i.n Dover Center Road, <br />from Lorain Road to the north line of the property of The <br />Suburban Land Corporation, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires tv accept the bid of <br />The Cooper Construction Company to install said water main <br />at a price of 30,326.50; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED bg the Council of the Village of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of The Cooper Construction <br />Company to construct a water main in Dover Center Road, from <br />Lorain Road to the north line of the property of the Suburban <br />Land Corporation, in accordance with the plans and sped. ficativns <br />of the Village Engineer, for the sum of 30,326.50, be anal the <br />same is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and Clerk are authorized <br />to enter into a contract with The Cooper Construction Company <br />3.n accordance with said bid. <br />Section 2.
