That it is neceaaary to improve l~cKenzi® Road, from Lorain. Road to the southerly lix:e of John & Vary Maruschak property, by ®onstrt~ctiag therein: a Hater main ixi accordanc® with the plena and specifi cat ions pra~ared by the Pillage HE'tgin®®P. Section 2. That the grade of said street shall be the grade shown can the plans and sp®ciflcations f©r said improvement, which said grade and elearatons are hereby confirmed a~n.d ®stabliahed as the grade of said stn®et. Section 3. That the plans, speciffaatioAS, ast3aesates and profiles of the proposed improvement her~tc~'ore prepared by the Village ~ginaer and now filed i.n the office of the Village Clerk be, ~d the same are hereby, approv md. Section 4. That the cost of said improvement shall be assessed by the foot front upc~ta tY:,e following described late and lends, to wit, all 10ts and lands bounding and abutting upon the proposed improvement, which said lots and lands are hereby deterstined to be specially benefited by said improve- ment; and the cost of said improvement shall include the ex- pense of preliminary and other surveys, of prir3tiag and publi$h- iag the notices, resolutions and ordinances requir®d, the serving of said natives, the cost of construction,. together with interest on notes or bonds issued in anticipation ®f tme collec- tion. of def err®d ass®ssmeaa.ta and all other n®cessar;Q e~pe:nditures. Section 5. That the assessments so to be levied shall be paid in ten a~.nual instal3.memts, with interest nut to exceed six per cent per annum ®n deferred payments, prmvided the owner of any property acseased may, at his option., pay such assesaffiemt in cash within thirty days from and after the passage of the assessing ordinanc®, in which case said assessment shall not include any item of inter®at upon notes or bonds to b® issued in anticipation of th+e collection of deferred installments of assessments, Section 6.
