That it is necessary to imgrova falter Road, from Gessnar Road to ~[aple Ridge Road, by constricting therein a water main in accordance with the plans ffid specific a- tiona prepared by the villagae RQgineer. Section 2. That the grade of said street shall be the grade shots on the plans sad specifications far said improvement, which said grade and elevations era hereby confirmed and established as the grade of said ~~~~at. Section 3. That the plans, apecificaticutls, asti.btatas and profiles of the propos ad improv ~extt haratofare prepared by the village T~igineer and now filed in the office of the village Clerk b®, and the same era hereby, apprc~vad. SectivA 4.
