Kramer <br />A RESOLIITIt~ <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF COOP$R C(~STRUCTION CC~PANY FOR THE <br />INSTALLATION OF A CATER PAIN ON SILVERDALE ROAD, FROM THE <br />NORTH LINE OF SUBLOT 29 TO THE NORTH END OF TAE ROAD. <br />VIHgR~;AS, after due advertisement, bids were received <br />for the construction of a water main it Silverdale Road, <br />Pram the north line of Sublot 29 to the end of the street, and <br />tiI~REAS this Council desires to accept the bid of <br />Cooper Core truction Company in the sum of X9,366.50; now, <br />therefore, <br />BB IT RESOLVED by the Coup c i 1 of the Village o f <br />North Olffisted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of Cooper Construction Company <br />iri the sum of 9,366.80 for the construction of raster main <br />in Silverdale Road, from the north 13ne of Sublot 29 to the <br />end of the street, be and the same is hereby accept®d, and the <br />Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorised and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Cooper Cor~~truction Company in <br />accordance with said bid. <br />Section 2.
