That Charles Best be and h® is <br />hereby employed as Superintendent of Operation of the <br />North Ulmsted ]duicipal Bus Line. <br />section 2. The term of said Charles Best as <br />Superintendent of Operation of the North Olmsted Y~i~aipal <br />Bus Lime shall begin on the first day of d:ane, 1850, and <br />s©ntinue during the pleasure of the Cecil. <br />Section ~. The compensation of said Charles <br />Best as superintendent ®f operation of the ]forth Ql~tsted <br />Y~icipal Bus Line shall be $364.44 per month, payable <br />semi-monthly. <br />Section 4. This resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure, the emergency being that it <br />is necessary for the immea~iate preservation of public health, <br />peat®, safety and welfare and for the daily ®peration of <br />a municipal department; and, provided it receives the affirma- <br />tive vote of three-fourths of the members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and b® in force immediately upon. its <br />passage; caherwise it shall take effect snd be in force from <br />and after the earliest peri®d allowed by law. <br />Passed: Yay 2, 195©. <br /> <br />._ _ _ _ ,~ <br />~,., . <br />„~f ,..., __ . , <br />
