Resolution No. 1615 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPPING THE BID OF R. K. FISCHER,INC., FOR FURNISHING <br />LABOR AND MATERIAL FOR. GRADING, DRAINING AND SLAGGING <br />ANDRUS AVt3~TUE, FROM THE BOULEVARD TO K1'EDY RIDGE ROAD. <br />WHERE~IS after due advertisement bids r~ere re- <br />ceived for the furnishing of labor and material for improving <br />Andrus Avenue, from the Boulevard to Kennedy Ridge Road, <br />b~T grading, draining and slagg ir~g same, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to accept the. bid <br />of R. K. Fischer, Inc., in the amount of 7974.00; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVE by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of R. K. Fischer, Inc., <br />in the sum of X7974.00 for improving Andrus Av anus , from <br />the Boulevard to Kennedy Ridge Road, by grading, draining <br />and slagging same, be and the same is hereby accepted; and <br />that the Mayor and Clerk enter into a contract with R. K. <br />Fischer, Inc. , for the improv ement of Andrus Avenue in <br />accordance with said bid. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk be and is hereby <br />directed to return the checks to the unsuccessful bidders. <br />Section 3.
