Bro~rne and Associates, designated as C:0atract Nv` 1 for Test Borings, and WHEREAS, Toledo Testing Laboratories, Toledo, Ohio, has subatitted the lowest and best proposal for making such test borings for use in the general survey being made for proposed sanitary sewers in the City of N..orth Olmsted, Ohio= NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 8E30LVED BY THE C©UNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OIMSTED, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: The proposal of-the Toledo Testing Laboratories for the making of such test borings is accordance with the City advertisem®nt,and proposal be accepted, for the scam of X2,905.04: The Director of Public Service is hereby authorised and directed: to enter iste a contract with the said Toledo Testing Laboratories for the making of such test borings for use in the general survey for proposed sanitary sewers by Floyd G. Browne and Associates, for the City of bTorth Olmsted, Ohio~~~ in accordance with the advertisement for proposals, the proposals and specifications on file, all of which shall be made a part of the contract as if fully rewritten thereig, This is an emergency measure necessary for the public health, peace axed safety and to immediately provide for the making of test borings- along the proposed route of the proposed sa nv.tary sewers for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio.` PASSED:: fume 4, 1957.
