CLE$$ QF THIS CITY Ft~t TFiE <br />PURPOSE OF MAKING SER9ICE OF LATICES. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUDdCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That William F. Andrews be and he is hereby <br />~~,,. <br />appointed assistant to the Clerk of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />for the sole purpose of serving the notices upon the owners of prop- <br />erty to be assessed in accordance with the f ollowi~ Resolutions:. <br />No. 21$7 - Resolution declaring it necessary to improve Root <br />Road from Lorain Road northerly 2679 feet, by con- <br />structing and installing a five foot concrete public <br />sidewalk on both sides thereof. <br />No. 21~$$ -Resolution declaring it necessary to improve Whitethorn <br />Avenue from Lorain Road to Kennedy Ridge Road, by con- <br />structing and installing a five foot concrete public <br />sidewalk on the southerly and easterly sides thereof. <br />No.' 21$9 - &esolution declaring it necessary to improve Fitch Road <br />from Butternut ridge Road to south city line, ,by c®n- <br />structing and ixaetalling a five foot concrete public <br />sidewalk on both sides thereof. <br />all of which were passed by said Council of the City of North O7.ffisted, <br />Map 21, 1957. <br />Section 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />effiergency measure necessary for the public health, peace and safety <br />and to provide immediately for the serving of notices necessary in <br />co mection with the improvement of municipal stre®ts and shall take <br />effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: May 21, 1957. <br />ATTEST:. <br />~ ~.._ <br />E. .
