<br />of bonds for the purpose of improving I+ansint; give its entire length
<br />within the City of North Glmsted, by constructing therein a ?,a~ater main,
<br />in accordance ?rlith the plans and specific~~tions on file in she office
<br />of the City Director of Public Service, and
<br />v1~~it~~~E.~S, Sections ~_33.21~ and 133.21 of the l~.evised Code of
<br />Ohio, reouire the fiscal officer of the City to certify to this Council
<br />his estimated life of the property, asset or improvement proposed to be
<br />acaluired or constructed from the proceeds of said bonds, and also to
<br />certify to this Council the maximum maturity of such bonds calcul-~ted in
<br />accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20, and
<br />v'~'iI~,R:C~S, the City ~.uditor is the fiscal officer of this City
<br />as defined '~y Section 133.01 of the Revised Code.
