o~DINANCE I~To. ~ ~-~ <br />By ; ~. ~ AN URDII~tANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2190, <br />-'° - ENTITLED;"AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE <br />OF REAL ESTATE BEING THE EASTERLY TEN FEET <br />OF HAETTICH PROPERTY NOT NEEDED FOR IYTUNICIPAL <br />PURPOSESn. <br />WHEREAS, the purchasers who proposed to purchase the easterly <br />ten feet of the Haettich property on Lorain Road now being used for the <br />North Olmsted Fire Station No. 1, have not consummated the purchase of <br />said premises, and <br />"`~tHEREAS, the Board of Control now believes and recommends that <br />said ten feet of said premises is now needed for driveway purposes in con- <br />nection with the proper operation of the new Fire Station No. 1 adjacent <br />to said ten foot strip. <br />NOW, THER.~;FORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUTICIL Or' THu CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That Grdinance No. 2190, entitled 'tAn Ordinance <br />Authorizing the ale of Real Estate being the Easterly Ten Feet of the <br />Haettich Property not Needed for Municipal Purposes" passed August ~, <br />1955, be and the same is hereby repealed, and that said premises be <br />retained by the City for driveway purposes in connection with the <br />operation of Fire Station No. 1 in said City. <br />Section 2.
