BE IT RESOLVb~D BY `T'HE COUNCIL OF '1 HE CITY OE NOS 1 H OTd~iSTED, S`1 ATE OF OHIO: That the City open and maintain a safekeeping account with The National City Bank of Cleveland and deposit therein, subject to the rules of said bank, securities and/or other property of the City; that such securities and/or other ;property of said City may be {1) withdrawn from said account, and {2) disposed of or dealt vaith on the written direction of the City signed by any two of the following officers of the City as provided by Section 731.59 of the Ttevised Statutes of Ohio, namely: i~~ayor, Auditor and Chief Law Officer, and that the said bank may accept the instructions of any one of said officers fo.r the transaction of other business in connection with said account; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 1~uditor furnish to said bank a certified copy of these resolutions and a certificate setting forth the names of the officers of the City and specimens of their signatures, and from time to time whenever new officers shall be elected, additional certificates settir~ forth the names of said officers and specimens of their signatures, and said bank is authorized to rely on these resolutions arri. each such certificate as being in effect without modification until written notice of any change therein. shall be delivered to it. This is an emergency measure necessary for the public health, peace and safety and to provide immediately for the providing of a safe place for the depositing of securities and of her property of the City.
