Duty to Rex~ort Accidents. The person in charge- <br />of any garage or repair shop to which is brought any motor vehicle <br />which shows evidence of having been involved in an accident or struck <br />by any bullet shall report to the Police Department immediately after <br />such motor vehicle is received, giving the engine number, registration <br />number, and if known, the name and address of the owner and operator <br />of such vehicle together with any other discernible information. <br />Section Z. Penalty. Any person violating the provisions <br />of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor aryl. on conviction <br />thereof shall be fined not to exceed the sum of Twenty-five Dollars. <br />025.00) and costs. <br />Section 3.
