I?.I~:;SOI,U7.'ION ~~E~UES`PING STATE OF OHIO 'I'O <br />REPAIR COLUIy~IA ROAD Z'ROI~I LOR~,IN C(.UAD <br />SOUTH i0 P~IASTICK ROAD. <br />WHEI~tEAS, Columbia Road from Lorain Road to T~Ia.stick Road is <br />badly in need of repair and its present condition being caused entirely <br />by the heavy through truck traffic detoured during the construction of <br />the new Brookpark Road Limited Access Highway -State Route N o. 17 - <br />at the request of the State Highway Department, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted is very limited in its <br />financial ability to make or contribute to the making of the necessary <br />repairs to said temporary State Route 17, during said construction. <br />NOW, lt~l?~ly GRE, 8.~,,; I T =~ESOLVLD BY TH,~~.; COUNGII+ U:~~' 'i Hip i:I`Y <br />Or NURTH OLMSTED, STAT;?; 0:~~ OHIO: <br />Section 1. That since the cause of the present condition of <br />Columbia Road from Lorain goad to T~iastick Load was the detouring of <br />heavy through trucks during the construction of the nets Brookpark road <br />Limited Access Highway, the IUiayor and Director of Public Service be and <br />they are hereby authorized and directed to request the State highway <br />Department to proceed to repair said Columbia Road at the earliest <br />possible moment. <br />Section 2. That a certified copy of this .Resolution be for- <br />warded to the Columbus office of the State Highway Department. <br />Section 3.
