RESOLUTION N0. 2105. <br />BY: Mr. Crider. RESOLUTION APPROVING FURTHER STUDY OF <br />WATEx POLLUTION AND DRAINAGE P~iOBEE~+I <br />IN COOPERATION WITH OTHER. WESTERN~SUBURBS. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted is interested in the <br />further study of the water pollution and drainage problem and in <br />cooperation with other westerly suburbs in a filtration plant pre- <br />ferably in Rocky River, to solve said problem in the most economical <br />and efficient manner. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NJRTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO:: <br />That the City of North Olmsted enter into ryegotiations with <br />Fairview Park, Rocky River, Parkview, We~rtlake and Bay Village:; the <br />County Engineer, and County boards and bodies relative to further <br />study and planning of said problem. <br />That the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward. <br />copies of this Resolution to the City of Fairview Park, City of Rocky <br />River, Village of Parkview, Village of Westlake, City of Bay Village, <br />the County Engineer, the Regional Planning Commission and County Board <br />of Health. <br />PASSED: November 26, 1956. <br />ATTEST: .~~' <br />~` . <br />E» istman, C er o ouncil <br />APPROVED::: <br />~_:.~~ . <br />harles B.
