Mr. C~~-~L AN ORDINANCE DEFINING THE MINIMUM. <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR PAVEMENTS AND SIDEWAi.KS <br />IN ALLOTMENTS IN THE CITY OF NORTH OL~lir <br />STED, OHIO.. <br />BE TT ORI?AINED BY THE COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the minimum requirements for the construction <br />of any str^eet o- r highway or part or parts thereof and the construction <br />o:f sidewalks within the lines of any proposed allotment, improved by <br />the allotter, shall be as follows: <br />(a) Street or streets shall be paved with reinforced concrete <br />pavement or hot plant mixed asphaltic concrete pavement on a reinforced <br />concrete base, with concrete curbs and curb drains. Pavement to have a <br />minimum width of twentyfour {21r) feet between curbs. Concrete pavement <br />or concrete base shall have a thickness of seven {?) inches of reinforced <br />concrete. Hot plant mixed asphaltic concrete when used shall have a min- <br />imum thickness of two (2) inches. <br />All material and workmanship shall conform to the specifications <br />of the City of North Olmsted and the State of Ohio Highway Department. <br />(ba) Reinforced concrete sidewalks, five (5) feet wide and <br />four (~.) inches thick, except in driveways where thickr~ss shall be in- <br />creased-to six (6}. inches, shall be constructed on both sides of street <br />or streets their entire length, including that portio~r-of street or <br />streets abuttimg the sides of lots not included in proposed subdivision <br />and facing other streets. '~ <br />All material and workmanship shall conform to sidewalk speci- <br />fications of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 2.
