ORDINANCE N0. °~3 Y BY: Mr. / AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS. ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 231-21~-26 ON FRANK STREET, NORTH OLN6TED, OHIO. WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the City of North O1ffisted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, for the improvement of Frank Street, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, by grading, draining and paving, and WHEREAS, Robert W'. Dellinger, 23$9 Frank Street, North Olmsted, Ohio, has paid said assessments together with interest thereon, on Permanent Parcel No. 231-21~-~6 on the Auditorts records of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORBAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and is }areby auth- orized and directed to cancel all futr~re assessments, beginning with the assessments for the year 1956 and continuing through 1959, cer- tified and levied on Permanent Parcel 1~. 231-2~-26 on Frank Street, North Olmsted, Ohio, and which assessments were certified and levied for the improvement of Frank Street, by grading, draining and paving said street. That the annual assessments for said improvement including interest at the rate of 2-1/2~ on said premises amounted to the sun of X50.06. That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in full, with in- terest of such assessments beginning with the pear 1956 a ni continuing through 1959. That the Clerk is ordered to certify a copy of this Ord- inance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. This is an emergency measure necessary for the public health, peace and safety and to provide immediately for the cancellation of special assessments which have been paid in full.
