<br />THE CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
<br />ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 231-27_6 ON
<br />GESSNER ROAD, NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO.
<br />APPROVED:
<br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the
<br />Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga
<br />County for the improvement of Gessner Road, in the Cit of Forth Olm-
<br />sted, t~hio, by constructing therein a water main (No. 1~, and
<br />WHEREAS, L. & E. Walker-Warner A. and Y. Sauer, have paid
<br />said assessments, together with interest thereon, on Permanent Parcel
<br />No. 231-27-6 on the Audit or Ts records of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the
<br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br />OF NORTH OLMS~ED, STATE OF OHIO:
<br />That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and is hereby auth-
<br />orized and directed to cancel all future assessments, beginning with
<br />the assessments for the year 1956 and continuing through 1961, certified
<br />and levied on Permanent Parcel No. 231-27-6 on Gessner Road, North
<br />Olmsted, Ohio, ar~d which assessments were certified and levi®d for the
<br />improvement of Gessner Road, by constructing the rein a water main.
<br />That the annual assessments for said improvement including
<br />interest at the rate of 2-3/~.~ on said premises amounted to the sum
<br />of X157.0$.
<br />That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, is
<br />hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in full, with interest
<br />of such assessments beginning with the pear 1956 and continuing through
<br />1961.
<br />That the Clerk is ordered to certify a copy of this Ordinance
<br />to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
<br />This is an emergency measuxe necessary for the public health,
<br />peace and safety and to provide immediately for the cancellation of
<br />special assessments which have been paid in full.
