<br />ORDINANCE N0. !Z3 G <br />BY: Mr. ecc./ ORDINANCE ACCEPTING PORTIONS OF HARTWIG <br />AAD LOCHNER PROPERTIES ON CLAGUE ROAD <br />FOR STREET PURPOSES AND FOR DEDICATION <br />AND RECORDING. <br />BE IT ORDAIAED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the portions of the Alex and Fanny Hartwig <br />and the Franc anc rgaret Lochner properties quitclaimed to the City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio, in connection with the laying of a sidewalk <br />on the westerly side of Clague Road in said City, for street purposes <br />are hereby approved, dedicated for public use and accepted as s part ~ <br />of a public street. Said portions of properties are fully described <br />as follows: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Dover <br />Township Lot No. 20 and bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the Westerly line <br />of Clague Road, 60 feet wide, and the Northeasterly line of land <br />conveyed by Elroy F. and Evelyn M. LaJeunesse to Alex and Fanny <br />Hartwig by deed dated Nlay 25, 1956 and recorded in Volume $634, <br />Page 15$ of Cuyahoga County Deed Records; <br />Thence North 750 29t 35n West 0.$0 feet along the northeast- <br />erly line of land so conveyed to Alex and Fanny Hartwig, as afore- <br />said, to a point in the proposed raw Southwesterly line of Clague <br />Road; <br />Thence curving to the right 1$.S2 feet along said Southwest- <br />erly line of Clague Road on an arc with a radius of 221.40 feet <br />and whose chord bears South 3 19' 47n East 1$.5.1 feet to a point <br />of to agency in the Westerly line of Clague Road, as aforesaid; <br />Thence North 00 56f OOn West 1$.29 feet along said Westerly <br />line of Clague Road to the place of beginning, be the saffie more or <br />less, but subject to all legal highways. <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Dover <br />Township Lot No. ~0 and bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the Southwesterly <br />line of Clague Road, 60 feet wide, and the Southwesterly line of <br />land conveyed by The Lorain Clague Company, Inc. to Frank Lochner <br />by deed dated January 24, 1949 and recorded in Volume 6666, Page 370 <br />of Cuyahoga County Deed Records; <br />Thence North 44° l9t 00" West 30.54 feet along said South- <br />westerly line of Clague Road to a ggooznt of curvature; <br />Thence curving to the right 26.$4 feet along the proposed new <br />Southwesterly line of Clague Road o~ an are with a radius of 221.40 <br />feet and whose chord bears South 40 50t 37" East 26.$3 feet to a <br />point in said Southwesterly ~.ine of land so conveyed to Frank Lochner; <br />Thence South 670 411 22n East 4.10 feet along said Southwesterly <br />line of la ~ so conveyed to Frank Lochner to the place of beginning, <br />be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br />Section 2.
