<br />STATE OF OHIO ) <br />t <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA) <br />NURTH OLMSTED CITY <br />CLERKtS CERTIFICATE <br />I, the undersigned, Ruth Klee, Clerk pro tem of the Counci:L <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, DO HEREBY CERTIFY, that the follow- <br />ing is a transcript of the proceedings of said Council at an adjourned <br />meeting of said Council w3.th reference to the passage of Resolution <br />No. 235, on the 29th day of October, 1956. <br />Present were Dr. C. B. Lewis, Mayor, E. W. Baumgardner, <br />President of Council, L. H. Baker, Harry M. Crider, R. L. Decker, <br />William H. Kramer, R. G. Neubauer, G. H. Schwenk. Mr. Bruce MacDonald <br />was abwent. <br />Resolution No. 23$5 was introduced by Mr. Crider. <br />A Resolution amending paragraph 1 of Resolution No. 2343, <br />passed August 7, 1956, entitled nA Resolution requesting financial <br />aid from U. S. Government for cost of engineering and other prelim- <br />inary costs for master plan of sewerage and storm water drainage <br />systems. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be sus- <br />pended and the Resolution be read immediately the second and third <br />t3.nes and put on its passage. The affirmative vote o~ said motion <br />was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk. <br />Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put <br />upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: <br />Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto attached my signature <br />and official seal at North Olmsted, Ohio, this 30th day of October, <br />1956. <br />Rut ee, C erk pro tem of <br />the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio. <br /> <br />
