ORDINANCE N0. ~:? 3 ~'o BY: Mr. AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 231-39-50 OH WALTER ROAD, NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO. WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuya- hoga County, for the improvement of Walter Road, i n the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, by constructing therein a water main, and WHEREAS, B. J. amd M. C. Horning have paid said assessments, together with the interest thereon, oa Permanent Parcel No. 231-39-50 o n the Auditors records of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH O~iKSTED, STATE OF OHIO: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and is hereby auth- orized and directed to cancel all future assessments, beginning with the assessments for the pear 1956 and continuing through 1962, cer- tified and levied on Permanent Parcel No. 231-39-50 on Walter Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, and which assessments xere certified and levied for the improvement of Walter Road, by constructing therein a water main. That the annual assessments for said improvement including interest at the rate of 3-3/~.~ on said premises amounted to the sum of $2$6.32. That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in full, with interest of such assessments beginning with the year 1956 and ending in the pear 1962. That the Clerk is ordered to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. This is an emergency measure necessary for the public health, peace and safety and t o provide immediately for the cancellation of special assessments which have been paid in full.
