AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORUITJANCE <br />N0. 2194 AND SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 2194 <br />AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE N0. 2322, ENTITLED: <br />MAN ORDINANCE FIXI~tG THE COMPENSATIf7N AND <br />4VACATION PERIODS OF THE BUS DRIVERS OF THE <br />NORTH OLMSTED 1~TJNICIPAL BUS LINE AND PROVID- <br />ING. FOR-THE COMPE~iSATIO~T OF F~PIAYEES OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL BUS GARAGE AND CERTAIN OTHF~R EMPLOYEES <br />OF THE MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, BEGINNING SEPTE~+I- <br />BER 1, 1955M. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OI~iSTED, <br />STATE OF OHIO:: <br />That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2194 and Section 3 of Ordinance <br />No. 2322, entitled MAn Ordinance fixing the compensati®n and ~raca.tion <br />periods of the bus drivers of the North Olmsted Mnnicipal Bus Line and <br />providing for the compensation of employees of the Municipal Bus Garage <br />and certain other employ®es of the Municipal Bus Line, beginning Septem- <br />ber 1, 1955M, passed August 16, 1955, be and the same are hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />MSection 1 That on and after the let day of November, 1956, <br />the compe~sat~on~~the regular arxi extra bus drivers of the North <br />01.msted Municipal Bus Line shall be as follows: <br />Any person employed as a bus driver, who has had no previous <br />experience or not sufficient previous experience, shall serve as an <br />apprentice for a period of one year. During the first three months of <br />said apprentice period he shall receive ~1. 1 per hour; during the <br />second three months of said apprentice period he shall receive ~l.$6 <br />per hour; during the next three months of said apprentice period he <br />shall receiv® X1.91 per hour; and during the last three months of <br />said apprentice period he shall receive $1.96 per hour; and thereafter <br />he shall receive X2.01 per hour. All bus drivers who have served their <br />apprenti~~ period, shall receive $2.41 per hour. <br />~ct'on. That beginning November 1, 1956, employees holding <br />the follot~~ pas~tzons shall be paid as herein determi.ned:: <br />Superintendent of Maintenance <br />of Municipal Buses <br />Superintendent of Operations <br />of Municipal Bus Linn <br />Bps Inspector <br />Extra Labor Municipal <br />Bins Line <br />Bus Cleaners <br />Bus Greasers <br />Night Man <br />Mechanics <br />Chief Mechanic <br />6,1$6.24 per year payable <br />semi-monthly <br />5,942•b4 per year paY4ble <br />semi-monthly <br />4,992.00 per year payable <br />semi-monthly <br />1.66 - 2.16 per hour <br />1.16 - 1.91 per hour <br />1.91 per hour <br />1.99 per hour <br />1.99 - 2.09 per hour <br />2.19 per hour.M <br />That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2194 passed August 16, 1955, <br />and Section 3 of said Ordinance No. 2194 as amended by Ordinance No. <br />2322 passed July 6, 1956, a~ all other ordinances or parts of ordinances, <br />sections or parts of sections pertaining to the compensation of employees <br />named herein and which are conflicting with the provisions of this ord- <br />
