BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: That Section ~ of Ordinance No. 554, passed June 6, 1939, entitled xBicycle Ordinance", which reads as follows:. "Section 2 Operating a Bicycle. ."wing rules for operating a bicycle are her®by adopted.
