ORDINANCE NO.. _/,~ BY: l~[r. l AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION OF.SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PAxCEL NO. 235-2-~.6 O1~ ANDRU3 AVENUE, NORTH OLMSTTD, OHIO. WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuya- hoga County, for the improvement ©f Andrus Avenue, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, by grading, draining and s1a ggisg the same, and WHEREAS, William A. Gerlach has paid said assessments, together with the interest thereon, on Permanent Parcel loo. 235-2-~.6 on the Auditorts records of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NOR`PH OLMSTED, STATE ~F OHIO: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and is hereby auth- orized and directed to cancel all future assessments, beginning with the assessments for the year 1956 and ending with the same, certified and levied on Permanent Parcel No. 235-2-46 on Andrus Avs~e, North Olmsted, Ohio, and which assessments were certified and levied for the improvement of Andrus Avenue, by grading, draining and slagging the same. That the annual assessments for said improvemeht including interest at the rate of 2-3j~.94 on said premises amounted to the sum of X57.69. That the Treasurer of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, is hereby authori$ed and directed to receive payment in full, ~ri.th interest of such assessments beginning agd ending with the year 1956. That the Clerk is ordered to certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. This is an emergency measure necessary for the public health, peace and safety and to provide immediately for the cancellation of special assessments Mich have been paid in full.
