That it is deemed necessary and conducive for the <br />public health and safety and it is hereby declared to be the intention <br />of this Council to appropriate the fee simple interest in and to the <br />premises hereinafter described for street purlooses, to-wit:: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of <br />Original Dover Township Lot No, 5, bounded and described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning in the center line of Porter Road (60 feet <br />wide) at its intersection with the Southerly line of said <br />Original Lot No. 5; thence T~?orthwesterly along said center <br />line being a curved line deflecting to the left having a <br />radius of 1146.2$ feet a chord which bears North 160 391 <br />0211 West 51.53 feet an arc distance of 51.53 feet to the <br />Easterly prolongation of the Northerly line of proposed <br />Brook Park Road; thence South $7° 201 2041 j~Jest 513.1$ feet <br />to an angle; thence South $$0 3$1 501, ;test 475.70 feet to <br />an angle; thence South $$0 491 5p4t~`Jest 2$2.45 feet to the <br />T~Testerly line of said Original Lot No. 5; thence due South <br />along said Westerly line 50,01 feet to the Southwesterly <br />corner of said Original Lot No. 5; thence North $$0 491 5041 <br />East along the Southerly line of said Original Lot No. 5, <br />2$3.55 feet to the center line of East Park Drive; thence <br />North $$° 3$1 5011 East along the Southerly line of said <br />Original Lot No. 5, 476.35 feet to an angle; thence Tdorth <br />$7° 201 2011 East along the Southerly line of said Original <br />Lot No 5, 526.20 feet 'to the place of beginning and being <br />further known as proposed Brook Park Road in Fannie Uppts <br />proposed Subdivision and contains 1.47 acres of land as <br />appears by the survey of John R. Cloyd, Surveyor, dated <br />December 2$, 193$, be the same more or less, but subject <br />to all legal highways. <br />Section 2.
