RESOLUTION N0. 1, 3 ~ <br />BY: Mr. ~~~~~L RE30LUTIOI~ DETER~NING TO COOPERATE <br />r <br />WITH T~tE COI~+iISSION~RS OF CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY' IN THE ir~ID~FtING ARID RESURFACING <br />OF' DOPER RnAD FROG ~3UTTE~tNUT RIDGE TO <br />THE NORTHERLY' CITY LIN3~. <br />WHEREAS:, this Council has been informed that the City of <br />Bay Village and the Pillage of Westlake have determined to cooperate <br />with the Commissioners of Cuyahoga County in planning the widening <br />and resurfacing of Dover Road from Lake Road to the l~arth Olmsted <br />northerly City line, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said i~a- <br />provement of Dover road should continue over its length in North <br />Olmsted, to its southerly terminus. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1, That the City of North Olmsted will cooperate <br />with the Commmissioners of Cuyahoga County in the improvement of Dover <br />Road from Butternut Ridge to the northerly City line by widening and <br />resurfacing the same, and will contribute ten. (10~) per cent of the <br />cost of installing and completing that portion of said improvement <br />within the City of North Olma~ted, in accordance with the pleas and <br />specifications now contemplated by said Commissioners. <br />Section 2.
