Invert elevations of storm suer and xater line approved <br />and signed by Engineer and Assistant Engineer o f 3.ty. <br />7: Engineers e~imate of cost of improvements. <br />$ Chec}~ to City Auditor of one and one-half per cent of <br />estimated cost of improvements, said sum to cover c©sts <br />of inspections and necessary engineering by City Engineer <br />to be submitted ~+rith plat plan. <br />9 Surety bonds by developer executed to city, or, escro~r <br />sum a s determined by Engineers estimate of installatic-n <br />costs. <br />10. All data on .required improvements to be checked by <br />Streets, Sewers and Ditches Committee. <br />11, Introduction of Ordinance accepting subdivision for <br />~, dedication by chairman of Streets, Sewers and Ditches <br />Committ e e <br />12 Acceptance by Council of dedication plat. Payment of <br />monies to cover costs of investigation, amount to be <br />determined by Council. <br />13.
