RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE AUDITOR TO <br />FURNISH A CERTIFICATE OF T1~E E3TI~1#TED <br />LIFE OF USEFULNESS OF THE I~PBO T <br />OF DECKER ROAD FROM L48AIN ROAD TO ~CLDVALE <br />AVENUE, BY CONSTRUCTING THEREIN A STORM <br />sEwER. <br />~THE$EAS, this Council contemplates issuing ~t22,944.00 <br />of notes for the paarpose of improving Decker Bead fry Lorain Bcsid <br />to Midvale Avssne, by constructing Cher®in a storm sewer, in acc®rd- <br />ancs with the plans and specifications on file in the office of the <br />City Director of Public Service, and <br />~THEREAS, Sections 133.21 and 133.21 of the Revised Cods <br />of Ohio, require the fiscal officer of the City to certify to .this <br />Goumeil his estimated life of the property, asset or improvement <br />proposed to be acquired or co8structed froffi the proceeds of said <br />notes, and also t0 certify to this Council the maaiffium maturity of <br />such notes calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section <br />133.20, and <br />~THEREAS, the City Auditor is the fiscal officer of this <br />City as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Cade. <br />STOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COIINCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLI~STED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />That the Auditor of this City is hereby requested to <br />certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life <br />of such improvement and the maximum maturity of such notes. <br />PASSED: March ~, 1956. <br />ATTEST: <br />__ <br />~- <br />~ , s lean, ci <br />APPROVED: <br />~c~ yar. <br />rre~.a.ues~ <br />-~~of Council. <br />ti, ,,,,,,„r,~..M„ <br />
