<br /> <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />July 5 , 1955. <br />To the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />The undersigned, City Auditor, as the fiscal officer <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, as defined by Section 133.01 <br />of the Revised Code of Ohio, hereby certifies as follows: <br />1. That the estimated life of the property or improve- <br />ment referred to in your Resolution No. 21b7 of July 5 , <br />1955, is hereby certified to be in excess of five years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of such bonds calculated in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised <br />Code of Ohio, and the weighted average of the amounts proposed to <br />be expended for said classes of improvements is as follows: <br />(A) X120,000.00 for the construction of two f:ireprodf <br />buildings to be used for fire houses, 25 years. <br />(B) X20,000.00 for equipment and furnishings for said <br />buildings, 10 years. <br />(C) The weighted average of the amount proposed to be <br />expended for said classes is 22 years. <br />Should you authorize a single bond issue for all of said <br />classes the maximum maturity of said bands could not exceed such <br />weighted average of 20 years. <br />The maximum maturity of the notes, if any, to be issued <br />in anticipation of the issuance of such bonds, is two (2) years. <br />All of which is respectfully submitted. <br />,,-r <br />._ ._> <br />. st Cit or <br /> <br /> <br />
