ORDINANCE N0. 2161. BY: Mr. Schwenk. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, $96 EPITITLED nORDI~iANCE FIXING AND DETERMINING SALARIES AND BONDS OF E~CTPD OFFICIALS OF THE CITY ~ NORTH OI,MSTE~n. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: That Ordinance No. $96, passed July 17, 1951, entitled Ordinance fixing and determi~jia~ salaries and bonds of elected officials of the City of North Olmsted", be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:- Section It Beginning January 1, 1956, and thereafter the salaries and b n~s~©f the following elected officials of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, are hereby fixed and determined to be as follows: Mayor Salary 5,t~00.00 per year Audito r Salary 6,600.00 per year Treasurer Salary 900.00 per year Solicitor Salary 5,000.00 per year President of Council Salary 900.00 per year Members of Council Salary 720.00 per year Justice of the Peace Fees of Office. Bind 1,000.00 Bond 1,000..00 Bond 10,000.00 No Bond No Band No Bond Bond 1,000.00 Section 2. The salaries of the Mayor, Auditor and Solicitor shall be paic~`n eq~iial semi-monthly installments on the 15th and the last day of each and every month. Salaries of the Treasurer, President of Council and Members of Council, shall be paid in equal monthly in- stallments at the end of each and every month. Section 3. Any and all ordinances or parts of ordinances, contrary and inconsistent hereto, be and the same are hereby repealed:. Section ~. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ~aeasure necessary for the public health, peace and safety and to immediately provide for the fixing of salaries of elected. officials of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, beginning January 1, 1956, and thereafter as provided by law.
